  • After PC order placed , PC will take 3-7 working days to ship out . Because all the PC is customize PC . We only start build the PC after customer confirm order
  • Please keep the invoice and all the hardware box for warranty purpose

  • Physical damage made by user are unable to claim warranty

  • We only provide carry in hardware warranty . Buyer have to POS back or BRING back the PC for us to claim warranty . No onsite support available.
